FilingAlerts provides administrative reminders based on Companies House data. It does not file documents on a customer’s behalf and does not provide legal or accounting advice. Customers remain responsible for checking official records and submitting filings by the applicable deadline.

Subscriptions, service levels, acceptable use, cancellation, liability and data-processing provisions will be completed before paid subscriptions are enabled.
